Stephanie DenekeSo, you came to investigate the Alpha Angels and want to know,,, who the heck is Stephanie Deneke?

First, I want to tell you how Erin Smith and I met. I can actually tell you what day, right down to the time that we first started talking to each other. No, not because I’m creepy like that. But because Erin still has the photo album up on Facebook of where we first started talking to each.

You see, we didn’t start out with a business relationship.

We actually started out as friends. Even though we were both on Facebook to build our Network Marketing business, we connected on a personal level first.

Eventually our talks turned to business and we started collaborating with each other. We were already using the same marketing system and affiliate products before we even met. However, it was still 5 months before we worked in the same primary company. Along with her dad!

So you never know what’s going to come from any connections that you might make.

Now back to the story of who Stephanie Deneke is….

Well, I grew up in The Mitt, but everyone else calls it Michigan. I’m a born traveler and have bounced around a lot. I usually end up back in Michigan in between places though.

I’m a full time Network Marketing, however, most people think that’s because I worked my way to success and was able to leave my job. That’s only half true.

I had no choice when it came to Network Marketing. I had to make it a success, and I was able to work full time from day 1 because the Ford dealership I had been a manager at had been shut down because of a buyout.

I had to make it a success because I never wanted to have to worry about another buyout, shutdown, layoff, downsize or the owner of the company just being a jerk.

Of course I did a lot of stupid things starting out, just like everyone else did. But if you’ve been on my about page on my blog,,, you know I didn’t do the same things everyone else did.

Actually, I did the opposite. Instead of going out and pitching my business in parking lots. I hid behind my computer researching everything I could and staying up late trying to get my blog to be just perfect.

I was doing just about anything except for activities that would make me money. I kept thinking that after I do this 1 more thing,,, then everything will be perfect and the money will start rolling in.

Here’s some news for you. It doesn’t work that way. In affiliate marketing, yes. In Network Marketing, no. To have success in Network Marketing you need to talk to people and prospect and discover if they even have a need or interest in your business.

Sounds a little contradicting coming from an internet marketer doesn’t it?

The most important lesson I can give to anyone in this industry is to reach out and connect with people. Sometimes tools like Skype or email or things like that can do that, but being old fashioned and picking up the phone is so much more effective.

If you don’t want to actually talk to anyone, then your focus should be on affiliate marketing.

If you are comfortable with talking to people, no matter how or where you meet them, then stick with Network Marketing. (Even if you’re not comfortable, you should still stick with Network Marketing, because stepping out and doing things that make you grow turns people into the biggest successes in this industry)

I’ve been in this industry long enough to know what works and what doesn’t. So I use a straightforward and rather blunt approach. I’m very honest with people because I don’t like to see anyone wasting their time and efforts on tasks that are ineffective.

I took on this mentality and approach with people because I got really pissed at the guy that got me into a top tier program and a high end marketing system because I was working on borrowed time when getting into Network Marketing. I needed someone that was going to take a direct approach and not mess around and provide me all the information I needed to succeed all at once and upfront.

Any of the failures and set backs I had in the beginning I still believe are my fault, because I was naïve and didn’t know what I was doing. But it was my responsibility to find the answers that I needed.

Being upfront and direct with information works, I know this because of the people that thank me everyday for cutting through the crap and telling them the honest sincere truth so that they can move forward with what is going to work for them.

Do I claim to have all the answers? Of course not, and anyone that does is a liar. Because this industry is ever changing and evolving and we need to keep up with it. We need to be able to evaluate what’s new, decide if it’s going to be useful in what our goal is and then keep what’s useful and throw the rest out. That is what I like about this industry.

If you’ve been that victim of the run around like I was (it’s a ridiculous story that doesn’t deserve to be printed, but if you want to hear it I’ll tell you about it over the phone) and you’re sick of having to figure out if someone is full of crap or not then let’s connect. My time is valuable to me, so I won’t waste your time either.
